1. Business & Strategic Responsibilities

• Oversee company registration, legal compliance, and financial management.
• Develop a scalable business model and build relationships with investors and partners.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Design and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
• Manage sales pipelines, customer acquisition, and post-sales support.

• Architect, develop, and maintain core software products using modern technologies (Python, JavaScript, Flask, React).
• Develop APIs, automate deployments with DevOps, and optimize system performance.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure cybersecurity, manage firewalls, VPNs, and access control.
• Maintain compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and implement data protection strategies.

• Pitch the business to investors and manage funding rounds.
• Develop financial projections and investor reports.
• Implement scalable strategies for business expansion and sustainability.

• Server & System Management – Install, configure, and maintain Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) and Windows Server environments. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and authentication services.
• Network Administration & Security – Configure and secure firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet). Implement VPNs, manage DNS/DHCP, VLANs, and enforce security policies.
• Virtualization & Containerization – Manage VMware, Proxmox, KVM, and Hyper-V. Deploy and maintain containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Automation & Scripting – Utilize Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). Automate tasks with Bash, PowerShell, or Python. Implement CI/CD pipelines and system monitoring scripts.
• Database Administration – Manage PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases. Optimize queries, ensure replication, and enforce database security.
• Disaster Recovery & Backup – Plan and implement failover strategies. Set up automated backups (Veeam, Acronis, rsync) for data protection.
• Security & Compliance – Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and deploy endpoint security solutions.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Provide Level 2/3 support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot system crashes, application errors, and service disruptions.

• System & Infrastructure Support – Assist in hardware/software installation, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and log maintenance. Ensure security, backups, and patch management.
• Networking & Security – Configure and troubleshoot network components (switches, routers, firewalls). Support VPNs, access control, and firewall security policies.
• Software Development & Scripting – Write/debug Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripts for automation. Contribute to backend/frontend development and API/database maintenance.
• Cloud & Virtualization – Assist in deploying and managing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Support Docker, virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), and cloud resource optimization.
• System Administration – Manage Linux/Windows servers, user accounts (AD, LDAP), software patches, and security hardening. Monitor performance with Nagios, Zabbix, or Grafana.
• Collaboration & Documentation – Work with IT teams on technical projects, document configurations and troubleshooting steps, and participate in training and knowledge-sharing.

• Operating Systems & Server Management:Administration of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, RHEL) and Windows Server.
  Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
  Automation with Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
  System hardening and patch management.
• Networking & Security:Configuration and maintenance of firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, pfSense).
  Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs (IPSec, OpenVPN, WireGuard), and Zero Trust security.
  Experience with IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, log monitoring, and penetration testing.
  Enforcing security policies via firewalls, ACLs, and network controls.
