In my role as support, I have installed and maintained various corporate business products for clients, such as Project and Portfolio Management, Octane and Data Protector on different operating systems and with various databases. Debugged issues of different natures, including hardware, network, mobile applications, web applications, server-related, installation-related, and others. Also manually tested various cases during the troubleshooting process related to client products. Trained new engineers on working with clients and providing quality support. Worked with enterprises, primarily in the EMEA region, and have been responsible for support, integration, and installation of their products. I have experience with GitHub and have completed independent automation projects in which I used Google Cloud, Docker, Ansible, and Terraform.
