• Key user role - reporting technical issues and providing any additional input; identifying and relating the implementation of updates and improvements to the system, usage of ticketing system etc
• Senior involvement - supporting the team leader activities by delegating tasks, communication with the stakeholders and cross team members, participation in meetings related to future projects or updates, covering the team leader duties in case of his absence, introducing processes/procedures or system updates to the team members, reporting dashboard data and results etc
• Performed series of data health checks and regular reports to ensure all data is properly maintained, regular update of templates etc
