• Lead the company’s overall Budgeting/Forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Oversee accounting, controlling, treasury, tax, and compliance functions.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to CEO, Board, and shareholders.

• Continue to foster a culture of trust, accountability, and proactive decision-making.

Expanded Strategic Scope:

• Define and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligning with business growth, long-term objectives, and shareholder value creation.
• Develop and manage the company’s capital structure and funding strategy, ensuring liquidity, cost efficiency, and optimal leverage.
• Act as the primary finance liaison with external stakeholders: investors, auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Drive initiatives to optimize revenue growth, profitability, and margin improvement.
• Champion digital transformation in finance (advanced forecasting tools, automation, data-driven insights).
• Lead high-level scenario planning and stress testing to support resilience and growth under varying market conditions.

• Responsible for the company’s overall Budget/Forecasting process
• Overseeing accounting/controlling and treasury functions
• Develop and implement short and long-term strategic plan for the company
• Drive alignment across multiple senior stakeholders and develop the key insight to convey strategic priorities
• Communication of financial results and variance analysis of actuals vs FCST/Budget to local CEO and US CFO
• Developing and upgrading forecasting models
• Identify and manage financial risks
• Building a culture of trust, proactivity and accountability within the company

• Ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities are accurately and timely completed
• Communication of Cloud financial results for EU and APAC to regional financial leaders
• Explaining variances between forecast/budget, and actuals
• Supporting forecasting/budgeting of Gross Profit and OPEX
• Adapting resource, departmental plans and priorities to address operational challenges
• Responsible for compliance (US GAAP/IFRS/local GAAP) and FS preparation for external audit
• Ensure procedures and internal controls are in compliance with company internal policies
• Managing finance teams (30 people) in two locations (Sofia and Barcelona)
• Setting goals and objectives for team members to further develop employee strengths

• Managing day to day accounting and reporting activities for the EU and APAC Cloud business line of Ingram Micro
• Responsible for financial statement preparation and audit process
• Managing team of 9 experienced finance professionals

• Managing all accounting and reporting daily/weekly/monthly activities for a group of Cloud dedicated entities
• Managing team of 4 employees

• Financial Statement Audits: Conducting comprehensive audits of financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
• Internal Controls Assessment: Evaluating and testing internal controls over financial reporting to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements.
• Clients: Coca Cola HBC, Mondelez, Actavis, Uniqa, Overgas
