• Implement comprehensive HR programs, including compensation, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, occupational health and safety, and training and development strategies;
• Ensure regulatory compliance in managing payroll processes;
• Research and evaluate competitive compensation and benefits packages;
• Develop financial strategies for HR operations.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 15 individuals, driving them towards achieving district and brand objectives;
• Promote positive employee relations and engagement through effective communication, recognition programs, JPA process with development plans and oversee end-to-end payroll processes;
• Perform regular business reviews, analyze financial reports (P&L, COL, ect) and optimize store performance;
• Drive operational efficiency and revenue growth through change management strategies and optimize store operations;
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding programs for smooth transitions;

• Maintain schedules and payroll processing system;
