• Change and Communication Lead for a client, China based operation of an international FMCG company during design of a roadmap for implementation of new operating model on strengthening back-office services. Main responsibilities were delivery of comprehensive change and communication plans, completion of senior stakeholders interviews, organizational readiness assessment, transformational success factors and opportunities identification.
• Order to Cash Lead for a client, international FMCG company during implementation of Finance Shared Services Center. Key responsibilities were design of order to cash process, including technology assessment and design of new solutions, delivery of organizational design and change management plans.
• Order to Cash Lead for a client, global company in the staffing and recruitment industry during design and implementation of Global Business Services (GBS) for Finance. Key responsibilities were design, readiness assessment and transition of order to cash processes from countries to centralized location; delivery of organizational design, sizing, job descriptions for the entire GBS.

Leading a diverse and multinational team of 200+ professionals in credit management, accounts receivable, cash collections and disputes management.

Responsible for delivery of services within MTC processes in 24 countries from the CCHBC Group. Key deliverables of the role:

• Effective credit risk management and reduction of Accounts receivable days

Leading a team of 150 professionals in accounts payable, purchasing and Travel & Expense processes.

Delivering services for 24 countries from the CCHBC Group. Managed the transition and implementation of purchasing administration and T&E processes to the service center. Key deliverables of the role:

• Safeguarding procurement and payables processes
• Implementation of automated and lean solutions within the PTP processes

Design and launch of captive shared services organization in Sofia, Bulgaria for Finance and HR processes, covering 24 countries from the CCHBC Group, main responsibilities within Finance. Key deliverables of the role:

• Building and delivering the business cases, including restructuring activities and efficiency projections for the retained and new organizations
• Organizational and process design, training plans and knowledge transfer to the employees in the new organization
• Change management and communication plans build and delivery.

Functional Business Process Lead for the strategic design and implementation of companywide standard processes and single ERP system within 28 countries. Key deliverables of the role:

• Process design and implementation of standardized processes within Finance, governing integrity across complete business cycle within and outside finance
• Governing group standards and integration with all functions within the organization
• Change management, communication plans and readiness within country finance departments for successful implementation of processes and technology.

Group role with main responsibilities over technology design and implementation of single SAP Platform. Key deliverables of the role:

Responsible for roll-out of CCHBC template processes within SAP independent country instances. Conversion of local countries business requirements into technical requirements, ensuring local legal and tax regulations fit within group template.
