I was leading Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR and Expansion team in Mania for Bulgaria and Greece.

As Sales Director I was responsible for retail budgets, results and strategic sales and growth plan in short, medium and long term. Directly manage a sales and marketing team.

As operations head I plan and monitor the day-to-day activities of business to ensure smooth process. I was preparing all the procedures for shop and staff operations.

I was responsible for product management, pricing, and new product portfolio development. As part of the product management I developed and implement new sales models and innovations in the stores.

I was responsible for expansion and during my time I re-brand all 45 stores in Bulgaria.

I was managing and coordinating the marketing team and prepare marketing strategy, budges and posting plan. Creating, develop and executing the marketing strategy. Organize and participate in marketing campaigns.

I was responsible for Store managers in Sofia and Southwest part ot Bulgaria. I ensured smooth running of operations and sales and was responsible for achieve all monthly targets.
