As an Operations Expert at Telelink Business Services, I apply my extensive knowledge and experience in Windows Server Administration, Azure, and Office 365 to ensure the smooth and secure operation of the company's IT infrastructure and services. I have over four years of experience in the telecommunications and insurance sectors, where I have honed my skills in ADDS, ADCS, ADFS, SCCM/MECM, Infoblox, AVAYA VoIP, and PowerShell. In my previous role as a Senior Windows System Administrator at DZI Insurance, KBC Group, I was responsible for the transition of on-prem exchange mailboxes, groups, and user PST files to Exchange Online, as well as the configuration and troubleshooting of the custom SSO portal solution, the hybrid AD joined state of the devices, and the user/mail creation flow between DZI and KBC systems. I also hold several Microsoft certifications, including Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, and Endpoint Administrator Associate. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Information Technology at the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy, where I also obtained my Master's degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician.
