In 2020 DraftKings acquired SB Tech Ltd. and I continued my work as a technical writer. In addition to my old duties (creating technical documentation for some of our software and maintaining Confluence), I started to be responsible for creating Betting Rules that are used by our clients (operators) on their sites.

I was responsible for creating documentation for our sports betting software. I created guide documentation for both customers and internal use by the software installation and support teams. I was also responsible for Confluence administration within the company, creating many team spaces and then maintaining and creating pages within them.

I was responsible for creating documentation for our circuit and board design software. I've created the first documentation about the 3D application, which Siemens presented.

My job always includes work with developers, product managers and after the creation of the documentation (guides, help files, presentation materials) with translators.

I was responsible for the whole documentation of the products we were offering - from pure documentation files to video content and of course live presentations. I was also involved in the negotiation processes between us and the clients.

I created the documentation for several applications like Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Mechanical and others. Mainly in Bulgarian, but all the initial documentation was in English. I was also a presenter of these products. I created video materials about them, which were published in YouTube.
