I have developed a freelance practice where I help different clients in the software industry with finding the right talent for their organization. Some of the things I have achieved through this time include:

• Worked directly with companies from Europe, USA, and Canada on a freelance basis;
• Source, interview and evaluate candidates specializing in different technologies in the software engineering domain;
• Made numerous placements of software development professionals and fostered a successful and lasting collaboration with my clients;

As a top performer in the technical department I got promoted to Global Recruitment Manager within the company, adding the following responsibilities to my usual recruitment activities:

• Being the sole responsible person for the management of several (5-8) clients;

Cross Border Talents is an international recruitment agency specialized in recruiting hard-to-find talent in the field of multilingual Customer Experience and Tech across the globe. As a Technical Recruiter, I was dedicated to fulfilling a wide range of IT positions. My responsibilities included:

• Utilizing different channels to actively source candidates on an international scale;
• Writing job descriptions and posting openings on a variety of social media channels;
• Screening and interviewing prospective candidates;
• Fostering good relationships with candidates and keeping in touch with their process and further career development;
• Recruiting candidates from different technical and engineering industries with a high focus on IT and software development

My first experience as an IT Recruiter gave me comprehensive knowledge of the specifics of the Bulgarian software development market and the technologies used in the industry. On top of that, my communication with candidates helped me polish my interpersonal skills and learn how to present information in the best possible way. My daily tasks included:

• Contacting and presenting candidates with the most relevant job information;
