Lead the implementation of new incident and change management processes, new ticketing system and overall operational process preparation for the GoLive of new ETRM system for more than 100 business users and over 10 applications. Engagement with various teams on training and process gaps, overseeing daily operations, reporting for management teams.

6 years of experience in ETRM project delivery and consultancy for large energy companies in Europe and their trading desks. Worked successfully with various business stakeholders and internal teams on resolving challenges faced by commodity trading desks in regards to systems infrastructure, IT processes, new implementations and operational issues, including goal setting, gap analysis, requirement definition and gathering, specification, testing, documentation. Focus on power, gas, LNG energy trading markets in Europe with solutions around deal capturing, market data import and management, credit exposure, risk reporting, regulatory reporting, exchange reconciliation, physical deal and futures modelling, complex curves for gas/oil contracts, deal life cycle.

Projects include greenfield Endur implementation and upgrades (v14, 17, v23), custom systems around Endur, Enmacc, Trayport Joule, and others.

Good knowledge of BAU operations for commodity trading desks, main challenges and best practices.

Experience with creating training materials, vendor communication, Agile methodologies Scrum and Kanban; process and system modeling; ticketing tools, time tracking systems, team communication platforms. Received continuous positive client and internal feedback.

Worked in energy policy and energy strategy analysis with a focus on the energy mix status, RES and PV.

Focus on research and publication work.

Dissemination of project results on national and EU Level via events, presentations and publications.
