During my first two years working for the biggest hop-on hop-off bus tour company in the UK, I was a customer service and sales representative. My duty was to approach potential customers, promote the company's service and sell tickets for open top bus tours and various attractions in central London, providing customer service for our clients, guiding them and advising them how to make the most of our products and services, while competing with the representatives of other companies for the sales.
In 2016 I was promoted from on-street customer service and sales representatives to one of the four main customer service representatives in the company's main office in Trafalgar Square, central London.
My first job after I moved to London was a handyman for Grosvenor Contracts Ltd, based in Old Jamaica Road in central London. Part of my duties were to install, replace and repair disposable curtains and blinds in hospitals, schools, universities. I was also part of the team installing anti-bomb blast curtain nets in most of the government buildings on Whitehall, including the Old Treasury and 10 Downing Street.
In 2010 I moved to Italy where I was part of the team responsible for the construction and installation of solar panel roof systems. Some of the sites I have worked in include the main Ferrero Rocher chocolate factory in Alba, newly build malls, warehouses and office buildings.
