- responsible for the development of the pricing policy of the accounts and deposits of individuals in comply with bank's strategy.

- manage the Tariff of individuals in business lines related to accounts and transactions: account maintenance, money transfers and cash operations.

- strong monitoring of platform fees income actual results vs budget.

- participate in the creation of strategies and long-term goals concerning the bank’s performance on the market.

- create reports in SAP Business Object in order to review the individuals portfolio, products performance, collected fees and commissions.

- use and analyze data and propose how to use the specific strategic opportunities.

- represent “Savings and transactional business department” in projects and workshops, related to the activities of the department.

- identify and propose new business developments in the core banking system and participate in the performance of the tests.

- develop new and modify existing bank products, aiming to expand the savings and transaction business for retail customers.

- perform comprehensive monitoring and analyze the macroeconomic environment and market conditions in order to propose changes to stay aligned with the market demands.

- knowledge of market trends and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.

- develop procedures and manuals concerning the usage of savings and transactional products.

- strong coordination of the activities with the other bank’s departments – legal, parametrization, finance, marketing, IT, project management office and others.

- support the branch network in case of difficulties in the core banking system, characteristics of the products and assist in solving different issues.

- update the product information in all communication channels, including Sitecore.

- knowledge of the law requirements and regulatory standards related to bank accounts, deposits and transactions of individuals.

- participate in the planning, development and management of new savings products and services for individuals.

- monitor, analysis and research of products and services on the market.

- identify customer's needs and participates in the development of new and existing products in order to enrich the product portfolio.

- work closely with other departments to collect and prioritize customer requirements in order to satisfy them, as well as increase the bank's results.

- perform comprehensive monitoring of the activities and assists the offices in the process of implementing "Money gram" service.

- responsible for monitoring and reconciliation of utility bill payments service and assist in solving different issues.

-use and analyze data from reports.

- responsible for UAT in relation to the introduction and modification of existing products.

-provide administrative and operational support to the regional manager, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities and timely reporting.

- handle correspondence and the official documentation between the regional manager and bank’s executive management, head office employees and branch managers.

- assist in analyzing branch performance data and prepare reports for management review.

- schedule and organize regional meetings, prepare meeting agendas, maintain minutes for follow-up actions.

- process daily cash transactions, including opening term deposits and accounts, funds transfers and loan repayment, for efficient customer service.

- assist customers with banking enquiries to enhance satisfaction rate.

- identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products, boosted sales performance.

- balance the cash drawer daily, maintaining record of transactions and ensuring cash accuracy within acceptable limits.

- ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and KYC procedures.
