In 2017 the YOUNG at OPERA project created by Operosa Foundation became the first Bulgarian lead Creative Europe culture, Silvia was in charge of EACEA platform coordination and submission procedure.

The two different opera productions were performed at 8 different cities across Bulgaria.

  • Management of electronic application process through EU portal, logistics coordination during project execution, and supporting the delivery of interim and final reports.
  • Kept projects on schedule by managing deadlines and adjusting workflows.
