• Migration tool: Design and/or build migration programs (Migration cockpit SAP S4/HANA, LSMW) and proposing ideas to improve migration productivity and/or quality
• Fulfilling master data requests: Processing master data requests from the factory backlog, assessment of requests, perform data cleansing, load data in various systems and provide reconciliation reports to the requesters
• Process modeling: Participation in modeling of new migration processes: definition of inputs and quality criteria, data conversion processes, loading methods and outputs
• Quality Continuous improvement: Following Factory processes and participation in continuous improvement of the product line in order to reduce the lead time and increase quality; identified opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing changes that led to measurable enhancements in performance metrics.

• Manages stakeholders expectations regarding data quality by ensuring the highest data enhancements projects; Execution of mass data uploads and manual data changes within a variety of SAP systems (ERP, MDG); Execute housekeeping activities to ensure that data is maintained as per corporate standards and monitor the inconsistencies until they are corrected; Mentoring and process trainings to the new team members in all related areas in accordance with company standards and procedures; Provides trainings to all business stakeholders in SAP Material Master process;

• Working with SAP MDG; Responsible for Global MD step, part of the execution of Change requests; Daily communication with the users; Daily support/guidance of the users; Preparing files for Mass loads

• Part of the ILC Sofia Team; working in SAP N20 System in SAP MM Module; creation of POs, SOs, delivery and invoicing documentation;

• Administrative activities - work mainly on PC ( MS Office, Outlook, Internet ), communication with the existing customers of the company;

• Assistant of the Manager; Working with special ERP System - maintaining it; Communication with customers - Bulgarian and International ( mainly in English via phone, email, yearly workshops); Receiving orders, processing them in the ERP System, exporting the orders;
