My daily and weekly tasks are best described as:

• analyzing, designing and supporting of app. 40 software robots, developed for the faster, lighter and more accurate processing of business cases while at the same time relieving a huge amount of activities in the different departments as finance, HR and supply chain.
• Root Cause Analysis
• Requirements elicitation
• Process modeling and creation of process documentation
• Facilitation of the developer workflow in Jira and Confluence for the Agile Methodology
• Ensuring the quality of the automation solutions via yearly checks
• Communication with a Solution Designer and a Test Manager for the better structure of the software.
• Gaining of Camunda, BluePrism und TrustPortal Knowledge and know-how from the developers and the technical support.
• Supporting the roles of the Scrum Master and Product Owner from time to time.

I was very glad to do all these things:

• Receiving reports to create new purchases
• Using new purchase orders to vendors
• Identifying stock shortages and working with vendors to improve delivery timescales
• Management of Purchase Order data i.e. changing requested delivery dates, changes in quantity order, agreed delivery dates, pricing changes etc.
• Management of vendor invoices, payment issues, etc.
• Incoming delivery impact on warehouse space
• Delivery issues with incoming deliveries
• Exception reporting for the Demand Planning team
• Weekly reporting on inventory levels and effect of incoming PO deliveries
• Daily / weekly / monthly vendor reports
• Understanding and management of product life cycle i.e. phase in / phase out
• Vendor requested changes to purchase orders and working with internal teams to ensure correct outcome
• Stakeholder Management
