I'm a sports lover. I've been one ever since I can remember. Fitness is one of my passions and I give it my all. I'm knowledgeable in the fitness space. I make sure to keep up with the new information that comes out on a weekly basis. I know how to create programs that will best fit my clients - their preferences and goals. I'm chatty and I can always melt the ice with the person on the other side. Cranking jokes can go a long way but I never let myself get distracted for too long because work must get done. If the client feels uncomfortable doing an exercise, I can immediately switch it up and adapt the new exercise to their liking. I find it effortless to make the training session entertaining because I know too well that if one is bored, they won't wanna continue pushing through. Boredom is the killer of desire to move one's body. Therefore I've mastered handling it and turning it into fun.

The closest title to my previous job is "manager" but when I was still partnering with Oriflame, my title was slightly below because I hadn't reached the level yet. As a "manager" I'd look for ways to expand my team. Our goal was to sell products and simultaneously look for new partners to join us. The objective was to create the biggest profit possible for the company.

What I had to do as a "manager" was to make sure that every member of my team would sell the necessary amount of cosmetic products. I'd teach them how to present the product, what the product's pros are and how it'd benefit the client's life. The next thing I'd have to strive for is to reach new people to whom I can explain the concept of being an Oriflame partner. Afterwards if the business meeting had gone well, we'd help the new member create a profile using the Oriflame platform. Then I'd go through all the things they need to know in order to succeed in the business.
