• Agency account management - primary contact person between studio and client
• Copywriting - all kinds of texts - from slogans through press releases to website content; creating posting plans
• Maintaining client's social media channels (writing posts, taking pictures and videos, storytelling)
• Developing client's new product launch campaigns
• Seeking opportunities for client partnerships and advertising
• PR activities for some of the clients/for the studio
• Creative thinker for both studio & clients
• Monitoring team members' task execution in Asana
• Organizing networking events in the studio as well as promotional events for client's new products

• Content creator and editor for all the social media channels plus WWF Bulgaria website
• Developing the social media strategy
• Organising online and offline events
• Key role during WWF's major campaigns - Earth Hour, Christmas campaign, Sturgeons campaign
• Main contact with the official ambassadors of WWF Bulgaria
• Working with third parties - advertising agencies, film production studios etc.
• Working on the PandaBot project.

Working on the GCBB project (Green Cooperation Beyond Borders) sponsored by the EEA Financial Mechanism through the Active Citizens Fund. The project aims to show some of the best practices of green education and entrepreneurship among students.

My role here:

• Helping students from 20 Bulgarian and 3 Norwegian schools by organising webinars, study trips and other events in order to develop their innovative ideas (products, services, initiatives) to fight climate change
• Providing teachers and students with teaching materials
• Communicating with mentors, green startups and businesses, state institutions and NGOs from Bulgaria and Norway.

• Sales/support to the WWF online store/keeping inventory/preparing reports to the Accounting department
• Introducing WWF to large corporations via onsite booths and presentations
• Actively organising online and offline events (VIP screening, Stand-up comedy show, concerts with foreign and local artists, marathons etc.)
• Building telemarketing strategy (38% Conversion rate)
• Conducting trainings for WWF assistants
• Developing WWF’s wedding campaign
• Attracting supporters and donors by creating content (for social media, email newsletters, etc.)
• Keeping close relations with campaign ambassadors
• Main participant on behalf of the Bulgarian office in the Australian project GLF (Global Livestream Fundraising)
• Promoting WWF’s first board game “WheelVille”
• Participating in WWF field work
• Member of the WWF A-team - a team looking for innovative solutions to internal organisational problems.
