- Payroll & Administration - (17 empl) 3 sites in Bulgaria 4500empl and 2 sites and 2500 employees in Turkey. In terms of salary preparation and maintain the flow of all needed payroll documents in both physical and Electronical Labor Record (Implemented sHRedy)

- Invoicing and Business Analysis (10 empl) - supporting Bulgaria, Romania and Ireland. Revenue calculations and issuance of Invoices by projects/clients of over 70 Clients.

- Pricing (2 empl) - supporting Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey. Create the pricing calculations, together with Sales&Solutions team, for offering new Clients and/ or new and existing line of businesses.

Determine and monitor the implementation of the strategic goals of the Company for over 100 stores and 2000 empl. M&A deals and Development of business cases for investment activities (Opening of over 40 new stores and several new store formats) and business development ideas (Opened 2 production facilities and 2 new warehouses)

Plan and organize the activities for the following departments:

- Accounting unit (4 sub units, 20 empl);

- Financial P&A and Treasury unit (3 empl);

- Business intelligence unit (3 empl):

- Payroll (1 empl)
