CMA responsible for Coca-Cola customers in The Netherlands.

My main task is process optimization for the Out of Home and Direct teams.

Beside contract management, I create agreements in SAP.

With accrual and marketing deposited I calculate also the payments to the customer when they kept the contract terms and pay for performance, visibility and opportunities to create more volume.
Therefore I process the financial part with SAP and Sales force.

Other tasks:

- Controller over costs, margin, and accruals.
- Real time information and service support for sales teams.

- Contract management.
