• New Authorization in SAP – change authorization of all SAP users (450) based on the Segregation of Duties rules defined by ABB following SOX. Duties: Project coordination in BG. Roles and authorization analysis to best match the users’ needs using the XAMS tool from XITING and GRC. Design the authorization model in close coordination with the technical team and UAT organization on the business side.
• Master Accounting Inside ABB (MAIA) – pilot country implementation of common Chart of Accounts – function country project coordinator. Duties: Test scrip preparation and execution. Coordination of User Acceptance Test with Key Users using PANAYA automated solution for UAT.
• Travel Management System –custom client-server application tailored for ABB. Duties: Developer and integrator - development using HTML/Java JSP/java scripts/Ajax deployed on Apache Tomcat web server. Based on ABB requirements and integrated with SAP using Java connector.
• SAP Client Consolidation – function project manager. Duties: project plan creation and execution, coordination of the application support and business users, providing reports of project progress in front of the steering committee, following internal company regulation of project management according to the gate model.
• SAP rollout implementations in an engineering and production-related company – two complete rollouts with function business processes in logistic consulting, training key users, project manager advisor.
• SAP Release upgrade from R/3 4.6C to ECC 6.0 – function subproject manager.
• SAP constant improvements in the implemented SAP system clients focused on logistic processes including wholesales and production business – implementation responsible for the country.
