• Reviewing candidate applications and coordinating the recruitment steps from start to finish for the IT, mobile and Product roles.
• Conducting pre-screens where applicable and organizing interviews for both internal and external candidates.
• Assisting in maintaining ad hoc reports related to analyzing and improving the recruitment process.
• Participating in the preliminary processes of onboarding and opening new roles within the company system.
• Active sourcing in different social networks and publishing job ads.

• Organizing interviews with candidates to match them to the company profiles.
• Sourcing via social and professional networks, applicant tracking systems, internal databases, Internet search, Boolean searches and referrals.
• Screening, selection and interviews with candidates in the IT Industry.
• Identifying their hard and soft skills, experience, goals and motivation, in order to find the most suitable candidate according to the customer's requirements.
