Kristian Stoimenov

As a Business Development Application Engineer at Ewellix Ltd., a Schaeffler Company, I manage projects for both standard and custom linear actuators, pillars, and guiding systems. I act as a link between the manufacturing team, product developers, and the sales team to ensure smooth communication and cooperation. My role involves understanding customer needs, analyzing sales requirements, and offering tailored product solutions. I also create technical documentation, drawings, and 3D models to support the project. I work with international teams to make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget. In addition, I collaborate closely with sales teams and customers to ensure projects are successfully completed and meet expectations.

In my bachelor’s thesis, I developed a lightweight, cost-effective hydrogen tank using fiber-reinforced composites for liquid hydrogen. I analyzed manufacturing parameters, tested mechanical properties at various temperatures, and validated laminate quality. Through 19 experiments, I optimized tape speed, pressure, core, deposition temperature, and tape width for efficiency and performance.
