My job consists of making sales both by phone and email. I also maintain customer accounts by assisting them when they have problems with the site.

A large part of my work involves solving extremely complex cases related to traffic accidents, technical problems with cars, as well as dissatisfied customers. I strive to find the best solutions for both the company and the client. Every day I face a variety of cases and I always try to take advantage of the problems and deal with them.

I assist in the completion of bilateral protocols, giving them guidance on what to do in the event of an accident on the road. I provide them with comprehensive assistance when it is necessary to communicate with the police, roadside assistance, repair shops and other competent authorities.

Also, my work includes debt collection from clients who have caused damage to cars and failed to comply with the general terms of the contract.

My job involved selling all the products and services the bank offers (insurance, loans, debit/credit cards, etc.). Opening of payment, company accounts and deposits, as well as preparation of the entire package of documents.
A large part of my job consisted of finding new clients and offering new services to current clients.

• My work involved direct communication with clients, performing a rigorous check on each type of currency that the client provided and self-assessing whether it was suitable to be purchased. The work was extremely responsible and taught me to judge people better and distinguish between them.

As an online marketer, my job consisted of selling, advertising and promoting. One of the most important parts was attracting new customers and communicating with a variety of people from all over the world.
