I’m a skilled production specialist with over two decades of experience in apparel and fashion industry. While my primary focus has been on garment production, I have dedicated the last four years to specializing in leather goods, including shoes, bags, as well as other items such as perfume and eyewear.

I believe I have superior competency in resource allocation, production scheduling and workflow management. I’m well-organized, proactive, and resourceful in dealing with routine and complex issues. Attentive to detail with experience in coordinating projects, programs and improvements. My communication skills help me navigate in complex situations and establish strong relation with customers and suppliers as well as coworkers.

As a leader, I believe in delegating responsibilities and placing trust in my team members. Upholding principles of loyalty, I express my opinions fearlessly, even when they may not be popular. The trust cultivated among colleagues and partners is my most cherished asset.

Over the past few years, we have diligently worked to solidify BY FAR's reputation as a globally recognized fashion brand. I take great pride in being part of the team that contributed to the successful launch of our perfume line in 2023, culminating in our achievement of the Fragrance Foundation UK award.
