  • My professional background at Concentrix is closely intertwined with two projects undertaken by the company - VF and Cisco.
  • I had the privilege of being a part of VF from October 2016 to October 2017, where I was entrusted with the management of the customer experience. My role included the entire journey from the moment an order was placed in the system, where I often provided assistance to customers encountering difficulties during this process, all the way through to the delivery of their parcels. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of facilitating the return process for customers dissatisfied with their purchases, ensuring a secure return and the prompt issuance of refunds. Towards the end of my affair with VF, I was honored with the opportunity to assume the role of Subject Matter Expert. However, I had a different aspiration in mind, one that led me towards pursuing a career in a B2B environment.
  • I made a deliberate choice to transition into the role of a B2B Customer Support agent for Cisco, an opportunity that enabled me to provide valuable assistance to many of the world's leading companies in managing their orders from Cisco. I effectively used Salesforce and various internal systems of Cisco to streamline their order processes.
  • Over the past three years, my focus has been exclusively on Cisco's internal sales operations, working closely with the sales team of the company. In this role, I have been involved in deal creation, resolving technical configuration challenges, and handling a wide array of tasks that go beyond the constraints of a single CV. I would be delighted to share more about my experiences during an interview.
