I'm part of a project in partnership with VMware using all its products. My responsibilities include:

• Working with the Product Owner, participate in PI Planning with effective estimation of effort for feature development.
• Working with the Product Owner, define acceptable “Definition of Done” success criteria for feature development.
• Write user stories for feature development work, including success criteria and effort estimates.
• Identify and resolve inter-team dependencies.
• Effectively conduct system demos.
• Develop, build, test, debug, implement, and document new automation solutions, from simple scripts to complex automation workflows.
• Initiate designs, develop new features, develop validation/test plans and provide support for roll out to production.
• Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies; often required to develop new methods to apply to the situation.

During my time in this project i researched, configured, implemented and automated Azure and AWS clouds in VMware cloud enabling the customer to deploy and use resources from vRA to the respective cloud. Did multiples demos, developed Disaster Recovery process and workflows to protect the environment. Worked with deployment team to resolve issues, created and upgraded containers in Kubernetes infrastructure and much more.

• Creating of Orchestration flows, flow validation, testing and re-use for all underlying automation components;
• Working with multiple teams and projects to fulfill customer needs and specific requirements;
• Carried out a full cycle of implementation of a project - from building the infrastructure through development and implementation, to handover and support;
• Working with Agile scrum methodology for managing the projects and the team;
• Chosen to be a part of a team accountable for developing a new cloud solution as well as implementing it in a customer environment;
• Leading demonstrations in front of the clients and different leaders showing the team's development work;
• Creating of user guides for the customer and the support team
• Part of the engineering team of the main cloud offering developing new features and doing deployment support

• Accomplished several diversified project tasks that required outside of box approach;
• Involved in consulting, designing, testing, implementing, managing capability requirements, and integrating of Cloud solutions into varied environments;
• Applied Cloud subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues.
