• Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers
• Handles customer invoice disputes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Investigates and analyses issues, resolves disputes and makes accounts receivable adjustments where necessary
• Analyses customer behavior and prepares reports where required
• Ensures that all pricing requests are executed with the appropriate approvals in accordance with CCEP chart of authority and within the agreed SLAs
• Being responsible for peer-check activities within the Pricing team – prioritize, execute and provide feedback to the team if errors are identified

• The app represents a software that could cover the needs of an HR Team in a small/medium company
• The system holds people records which are the main app entities
• The functionality supports creating, listing, editing and deleting people's records, information about salary and department is also included

Receptionist

• Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately
• Maintaining security and telecommunications system
• Informing visitors by answering or referring inquiries

Supervisor

• Managing the workflow and training new hires on how they can best serve customers and teams of employees
• Creating schedules that keep everyone busy with deadlines met to prevent gaps or downtime while giving direction and feedback about what needs improvement
