I worked in the sphere of hardware and have a knowledge how a computer is physically working. I have experience in working with clients, ticketing systems, managing big load of work and customer friendly oriented. I have experience lately with working with Juniper mostly and NOKIA network devices focusing on configuring them as per the client requests and troubleshooting in the moment of problem. Last but not least I have experience with different monitoring tools, company private processes, Cloud working with AWS,Azure and platforms like Salesforce and Observium.
