I am currently a fifth-year student at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Medical University – Sofia. My academic training is focused on both clinical and industrial pharmacy, with a particular interest in pharmacology and toxicology. For this reason, I have chosen to work on my diploma thesis in collaboration with the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, where I hope to deepen my knowledge and contribute meaningfully to ongoing research.
Friendly, positive attitude
Actively involved in the Bulgarian Pharmaceutical Student's Association (BPSA), a non-governmental organization representing pharmacy students nationally and internationally. I served as the Student Exchange Officer (SEO), a role that demanded excellent communication and organizational skills.
My primary responsibility was to coordinate international internships in Bulgaria, promoting our country as an attractive destination for pharmacy students worldwide. Through strategic outreach and direct collaboration with international student networks, I successfully managed to attract five students from various regions – Europe, the United States, and Taiwan – to complete internships in Bulgaria.
This experience helped me develop valuable skills in international communication, cultural competence, project management, and team coordination, all of which are directly relevant to my upcoming Erasmus mobility.
I also have practical experience in the regulatory affairs of medical and cosmetic products, having completed a one-year internship at Pierre Fabre. This experience has equipped me with a solid understanding of regulatory documentation, product compliance, and the professional standards of the pharmaceutical industry.
I believe I have a significant advantage over other applicants due to my fluency in Spanish. I lived and studied in Barcelona, Spain during my childhood, which has given me native-level communication skills and a strong cultural connection. This will allow me to integrate smoothly into the academic environment and collaborate effectively with both faculty and peers during my Erasmus mobility.
