Handling HR operations for UK & Ireland employees, with a strong focus on how processes are reflected and managed within Workday and ServiceNow systems.
Increasingly involved in system-related work, including testing, process validation, and defining how solutions should work from an operational and system perspective.
- Work daily with Workday, supporting HR processes and ensuring data accuracy across employee lifecycle events
- Identify system-related issues and inconsistencies, raising and investigating root causes
- Translate process requirements into system logic, ensuring solutions align with real operational scenarios
- Create detailed test scenarios covering different employee cases and edge situations
- Perform system testing and validate outputs before implementation
- Support system upgrades and enhancements, including testing workflows and identifying defects
- Understand how system changes impact downstream processes such as payroll and reporting
- Act as a go-to point of contact for complex and non-standard HR cases
- Frequently consulted by team members, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders for input on process handling and system-related topics
- Support team members by providing guidance on complex cases and process-related decisions
- Monitor multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact, and ensure SLAs are consistently met

- Proactively assess how updates or system changes impact existing workflows, raising risks and identifying required adjustments
- Workday PTO Rounding Enhancement (UK leavers)
Identified errors in PTO accrual calculations and raised the issue. Worked with Project Enablement, HRTS, and Regional HR to define the correct accrual logic. Defined how the solution should work from both an operational and system perspective. Created detailed test scenarios covering different employee cases and edge situations, and performed system testing to validate results. Ensured system outputs aligned with expected business outcomes before release. Successfully implemented, improving accuracy and enabling payroll to fully take over reporting.
- Ireland Payroll Harmonization
Contributed to aligning payroll processes by identifying gaps and inconsistencies. Worked with stakeholders to improve reporting logic and ensure alignment between system outputs and payroll requirements.
- Contract & Amendment Harmonization (UK/IE)
Supported standardization of contract templates and documentation. Worked with Compliance and Regional HR to review content and ensure consistency across entities.
- ServiceNow Upgrade Testing
Participated in testing onboarding workflows in ServiceNow and Workday. Identified issues, escalated defects, and supported improvements to system functionality.
- Background Screening Process Update (UK)
Supported improvements to the background screening process by refining follow-up logic and escalation steps, improving completion rates and process clarity.
- Time & Absence Harmonization (UK)
Involved from an operational perspective, staying informed on system and process changes and supporting alignment with existing workflows where needed.
- Selected as one of 3 super-admins, based on strong process understanding and system knowledge
- Responsible for programming and administering lifecycle and colleague services documentation
