I am a passionate and dedicated professional with over two years of hands-on experience as a Tour Guide at the Stepanavan Culture and Entertainment Center / Stepan Shahumyan House-Museum. During this time, I have had the opportunity to lead engaging tours, organize educational programs, and provide top-notch customer service to visitors from diverse backgrounds. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Tourism Management at the International Scientific-Educational Center (ISEC) of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, while also participating in the Erasmus+ program in Bulgaria.
