As a User Access Specialist at Eviden since 2021, my role encompasses providing support and consultancy services for diverse systems utilized by Coca-Cola Hellenic. This entails managing user accounts, mailboxes, and various groups, addressing critical issues and crises, and aiding in the provision of essential attributes and information required by users. My work as a consultant also includes troubleshooting, log file analysis extensive work with Active directory, MYID and wide range of Office 365 applications.

I also did some work with SAP that included resetting passwords, opening OSS-Connections and uploading material types in Wave 2 manually or with LSMW.
