Nikolay Nedelchev

In my current role I am responsible for monitoring action regarding bets, events and customers. The team I am part of is taking care of uploading different bet types in all sports. On a daily basis we communicate with providers regarding live events and also on the other hand with IT and DEV teams about fixing issues on the back end. In the company we are working for the customers are highly valued and we do our best to ensure they have the greatest experience with us.

My personal responsibilities include full managament of Motorsports and Cycling and reporting directly to the Sportsbook manager about the results we achive in those fields.
