Developed program-level artifacts (e.g., Timelines/Gantt Charts, Implementation Roadmaps, Program Control Log, and Action Item Tracker) with regard to vendor management and e-invoicing migration activities to in-house solutions. Attended and facilitated Weekly Status Update/Touchpoint sessions with representatives from both the vendor's and client's sides. Recorded and distributed Meeting Minutes, as well as maintained and updated associated Action/Issue Logs on a weekly basis.
- Took part in the global 2022 Deloitte Digital Banking Maturity (DBM) study, which aimed to assess the level of banks' digital transformation capabilities and their current set of features offered to customers. Examined two of the banks operating in the Bulgarian market.
- Served as Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for a Nuclear New-Build project in the Czech Republic. Evaluated the level of transparency of the pertinent Bid Evaluation Manual, as well as the adequacy of the incorporated Economic Model, according to applicable international guides and standards. Advised the Project Director and liaised with client representatives on a weekly basis. Developed a final report and elaborated on its findings at client premises.
- Performed due diligence [based on the financial statements] of the main Oil and Gas (O&G) organizations operating in the Balkan peninsula and Italy to assist the national Natural Gas (NG) company in Slovenia to make an informed decision on future possibilities for entering those markets via a Merger and Acquisition (M&A) deal.

- Liaised with Functional Project Managers for Change Request submission and project status updates.
- Arranged and facilitated Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, and distributed supporting documentation (PPT slide decks, Meeting Minutes, etc.).
- Developed visuals/dashboards depicting financial movements and forecasts of different line items.
