• Managed to fully transform UBB's online and offline presence for attracting younger and larger customer audience;
• Designed numerous marketing programs (logos, brochures,
  newsletters, infographics, presentations, and advertisements)
  and guaranteed that they exceeded expectations.
• Worked closely with the the top level management (including executive directors) on visual representation of significant projects, presented and got approvals for campaigns and key visuals;
• Created designs for digital communication channels (social media, google ads, emails, website banners, etc.) that got excellent performance results.
• Worked with internal clients to gather and define requirements, establish scopes and manage project milestones
• Managed the overall branding of various large-scale CSR projects such as the cycling tour of Bulgaria, "Vertical run" marathon, Easter, Christmas and farmers' markets and many others. All physical materials created within the projects were custom-illustrated and received great feedback for distinctiveness and originality from attendees.

Key achievements:

• Held leadership position in the biggest and most expensive (1 billion) deal in Bulgaria for 2022 (the merge of United Bulgarian Bank and Raiffeisen Bank Bulgaria). Managed the visual presentation of the new company (KBC Bank Bulgaria) and was fully responsible for its brand identity and branch network rebranding under extremely tight deadlines. My work on the project was rated as outstanding by all board members of the company.
• Created visual identity of company's internship program, which attracted over 3 thousand applications within 1 month;
• Worked as design lead on 15+ award-winning campaigns.

• Designed eye-catching email layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates;
• Worked with clients to gather and define requirements, establish scopes and manage project milestones.
• Build email design templates in platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.
• Collaborated successfully with copywriters and email managers on overall email strategy and design;
• Researched new industry trends and ideas for improving existing designs and layouts in order to achieve better performance results;
