As a Senior AP Accountant for BU Germany, I oversee the entire PTP process, serving as the primary point of contact for all AP-related matters.

• My responsibilities include vendor creation, OCR, booking invoices and credit notes, and managing payments in multiple currencies.
• Additionally, I process employee reimbursements, perform account reconciliations using "FloQast," and prepare journal entries for bank statements, employee credit cards, intercompany charges, prepaid expenses, and direct debits.
• I work with Oracle Netsuite and Basware to process non-PO-based documents.
• In the early stages, I assisted with a company merger and the transition to a new ERP system. By continuously analyzing its functionalities, I implemented improvements to fully leverage its capabilities, resulting in more efficient accounting processes and increased productivity.

As an Invoice processing accountant for BU Greece & Cyprus, I worked with SAP Wave2 and SAP S/4HANA, mainly for PO based documents.

• Effectively managed high-volume invoices, ensuring timely payment and data accuracy;
• Prepared vendor reconciliations, Balance Sheet Review reconciliations, and performed key internal controls;
• I was always working on achieving multiple monthly targets while handling other individual tasks;
• Onboarded and trained six new team members, developing and delivering comprehensive training materials.
• Selected for the Master Pro Program (March–September 2021), completing advanced trainings and co-leading a CAPEX cash flow reporting project

My primary responsibilities involved ensuring the timely and accurate posting of invoices, conducting vendor balance reconciliations with prompt follow-ups, and efficiently managing tasks through the SSF system while overseeing shared team email communications.

As an FP Specialist, I calculated freight prices for both carriers and customers, validated amounts in the system, and generated and sent invoices. I resolved disputes between the two parties and handled corrections and other ad-hoc requests.
