- When our clients are facing issues that require a developer, I come into play and help them fix their environments.
- I use a lot of different tools to analyze issues, including, but not limited to: Elastic Search, Java Code (in our back end), Certification, Product Structure.
- I am experienced in analyzing logs and identifying issues based on data provided from our customers.
- I am experienced in communicating with customers directly when the need arises, and working together with them to fix issues.
- I write some of the code when changes or enhancements are needed. I currently work with Java, Java Script, React JS, Groovy.
- I can read almost any type of code and when the need arises, I can quickly learn to efficiently write such code.
- I can work with both Windows and Linux OS.
