I would like to tell you more about my Blockchain/Web3 experience.
I was first introduced to Crypto by a friend in 2017. I bought few Ethereums back then but I didn't have much time to trade and learn more about the blockchain world and I held them all the way up to 2021.
In March 2020 when the Covid closed the casino business I had much time to explore new worlds. I started reading more and more about the blockchain/web3 space. Few months later I was already actively participating in projects, telegram and discord groups. I started trading actively in 2021.
I can say that my trading style is based on Market structure. I am not relying on fancy indicators, EMAs, RSIs, Heat maps and other similar tools. What I am looking at is pure price action. Highs, lows, Swing failure patterns, simple HTF support and resistance levels. So far this strategy is working for me. I am mainly trading on Binance, but lately I am exploring Decentralized exchanges like GMX and VELA (New Perp Dex on Arbitrum but I am pretty sure you are familiar with it).
Since April 2022 I am full time Crypto and I love it. I've been involved as a community manager in few projects, I am still involved in 2 DAOs/Alfa groups composed of high level crypto individuals.
Spending 12 hours a day working now doesn't seem a lot. It always feels like I can do 1 hour more on the next day. Doing what you love is the true blessing.

Our technical department was composed of 50 members, working in different locations. We had to take care for everything in the venues. Slot machines, TV sets, Air conditioning. Basically anything that comes to your mind when it comes to maintenance.
