Managing a fleet of 7 dry vans (including 2 personally owned trucks) between Chicago and the West Coast (WA, OR, CA). Booking loads via DAT load board, negotiating optimal rates with brokers, onboarding trucks, monitoring ELD service hours, scheduling appointments, ensuring on-time deliveries, and providing constant load status updates to the customers.

Operating own 8-car enclosed car hauler transporting from Chicago area to Florida back and forth.
