Adriyan Mihaylov

• As a key member of Ocado’s Vision Systems team for the past two years, I have contributed to the development of multiple core apps for the Ocado smart platform. Our team, comprised of both software engineers and machine learning experts, has created innovative solutions that automate apps using a combination of software and AI. My role has involved developing new hardware and software solutions and ensuring their seamless integration with our end-client products.

• As a member of Ocado's Research and Science Group, I had the opportunity to take on a range of different roles that allowed me to contribute to the success of the company. As a developer, I focused on creating simulations of various physical systems and designing control algorithms for production environments. Additionally, as an analyst, I was responsible for generating and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions and optimize system design.

During my first software engineering role, I was fortunate to be part of a team that worked on an important project for the company's flagship HCM system. Though I was still relatively new to the field, my colleagues were supportive and provided me with opportunities to contribute to the development of the product.
