For the last three years I have been working as a customer support agent and strive to continue my experience in this region. I am currently providing technical support for Alorica as a customer support agent. I worked as a Level 1 technical support with English and German for the last 6 months, and before that I also worked for two years as a customer service agent for Sutherland. I have developed excellent communication skills and team building with clients and colleagues, I would like to improve my skills even more.
After working as a customer service manager in Sutherland, I joined Alorica as a technical support agent. During my stay in Alorica I had technical support training and thanks to the training I also learned how to try and solve in the best possible way the technical problem that the client may have.
